Borla Performance Industries is proud to launch the XR-1® Diesel Line with the release of our Cat-Back™ Systems and Turbo Downpipes for Chevrolet Duramax 2500/3500 Turbo Diesel Powered Trucks 2003-2006. Over the years, the lessons learned in professional racing have transferred to the intense durability requirements of heavy duty diesel powered pick up trucks. BORLA has incorporated our patented XR-1® multi-core muffler design into these large 4” diameter mandrel bent free flowing exhaust systems.

The Chevrolet V8 Duramax turbo diesel engine equipped with automatic or manual transmission will see noticeable performance improvements. Each BORLA exhaust component is engineered for maximum performance output with any aftermarket performance upgrade to the induction and ECU. Each 4” system has a massive 5” diameter 14” length round, rolled edge, angle cut stainless steel polished tip at the side exit. They each feature a 6-3/4” diameter, 19” long round Borla Patented Multi-Core XR-1® Muffler incorporating BORLA’s patented technology made famous on racetracks around the world as the winningest exhaust in racing. The Multi-Core design maximizes flow, lowers exhaust gas temperature for engine durability while providing optimum, pleasing sound levels. Mandrel bent, Aerospace grade high quality austenitic stainless steel designed for direct bolt-on to the BORLA downpipe or the factory catalytic converter.
