A. SuperTruck Essentials is your source for performance truck parts. Our focus on performance means you can rely on us to help your truck gain more horsepower, torque and speed. SuperTruck Essentials is operated by truck enthusiasts, so we know how you feel about your truck. We carry a large inventory so we can ship your order in a timely fashion.

Q. I did not get an Email Confirmation after placing an Order Online?
A. Some email providers may block or limit the emails that you can receive. If you do not receive our order confirmation email and/or an order detail email, we recommend that you review your order on the web site. You will be able to see the status of the entire order as well as the status of the individual items on order. If your order is still on Manager Review after 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays), we would recommend that you contact SuperTruck Essentials at 1-800-831-3716 as we me need or may want to provide additional information before we process your order.

A. Yes! Ordering at SuperTruck Essentials.com is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at SuperTruck Essentials.com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Q. Can I check the status of an order I placed?
A. We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. You can check your order status on-line. Q. How does the Instant Rebate Work?
A. With certain items you will see the "Instant Rebate" logo. When you click on this button, you recieve the "Instant Rebated" price on that particular item. We do this so we can offer our customers the best possible price.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, SuperTruck Essentials will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

A. Yes, SuperTruck Essentials prints a variety of catalogs for different vehicle makes. Please click on Request a Catalog to request your free catalog.

Q. Does SuperTruck Essentials ship orders to customers outside the USA?
A. Yes we do ship to customers outside the USA, but currently not through our website. Please call 1-800-831-3716 within USA or Canada and 610-701-0484 if you are outside the USA or Canada for details.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Eastern Time will ship the same business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

A. All parts are covered only by their Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. SuperTruck Essentials, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Q. What does SuperTruck Essentials do with back orders?
A. Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. Q. Do you have retail outlets?
A. We do not have retail outlets. However you are more than welcome to pick up your order at our West Chester (PA) location. Please call in your order ahead, so that we can have it ready for you to pick up.

Q. Where does SuperTruck Essentials charge sales tax?
A. With the exception of a very small percentage of drop-ship orders, only orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania or Nevada will be charged a sales tax.

Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Hardtops ship by truck freight, we will contact you with the final cost. Collect. See our shipping table for actual shipping cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

Q. How does SuperTruck Essentials protect my privacy?
A. SuperTruck Essentials is commited to keeping your personal information private and safe. We use encrypted secure communications in our checkout.
